Nice home right on the lake, situated beautifully in shade of trees. We have tried to include everything you need, including linen, dishes and other kitchen gadgets. Only a short drive to Bristol motor speedway, Appalachian trail, ski slopes, and three different rivers. Also, you can rent pontoon boats, tubes and other aluminum boats w/outboard engines at the local marinas. WITH FOUR WHEEL DRIVE,YOU CAN LAUNCH YOUR OWN BOAT AT RENTAL PROPERTY. Beautiful decks on house w/grill. House has central heat and air and also has fireplace. Has satellite T.V. Golf course close by, tweetsie railroad, grandfather mtn., horn in the west.

We spent the week of July 12, 2009 at the home and had such a lovely experience. Our children, ages 2 and 10, were both entertained and relaxed at the property. The property owner was so helpful and we appreciated the very well appointed kitchen, with all appliances and a gas grill for our use. When the propane tank ran out mid-week, her son came to exchange it before we even had a chance to get the coffee made!
The house was very spacious, and would be ideal for more than one family. The three bathrooms and separate accommodations on the second floor would certainly afford enough space for that. The house is neat and orderly but is very warm and charming.
It is isolated from view and there are plenty of activities within driving distance to entertain all ages. The only minor issue was that there is only a dock access for swimming, but was not a problem because there is a National Park beach area right around the corner that was uncrowded and made for a nice afternoon out and we made a picnic out of it.
