Located in N. Conway NH, this newly renovated home has everything you're looking for in a vacation home! This newly renovated 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably . The newly furnished living room boasts a 42 ' HDTV (cable) with DVD library and comfortable seating to relax after a long day of play by the warmth of a pellet stove! Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a 32 ' HDTV, bedroom (2) (downstairs) has a full size bed with a private bath. Bedroom (3) has a full size bed with TV / DVD, and bedroom (4) “The Bunk Room” has a total of three (3) beds, two Twins and one Full as well as a 32' TV. Provided are two (2) sleeper sofas in the living rooms. There is a gas grill on the back deck overlooking an open yard where the kids can play. Center of N.Conway has shopping at over 50 outlets and many amazing restaurants to tempt your pallet. This home is located minutes from major ski attractions Cannon,Cranmore Mountain, Attitash, Wildcat, Black Mountain & Bretton Woods

Washington, Hiking, Cogg Scenic R.R., ATVing, Horseback riding, Crawford Notch, Cathedral Ledge, Fall Foliage, & Storyland are all close by. There is as well the annual Fryeburg fair in the Fall time with amazing foliage.

Great Summer Family Getaway

The renovated farmhouse was great for two small families. We enjoyed coffee on the side porch in the morning and cooking on the grill on the rear deck in the evening. The firepit is a nice added touch for chilly nights. On rainy nights the we played games in the game room or watched movies on the large plasma tv.

The house has nostalgic country charm with a modern flare, spacious with a nice layout and comfy furnishing. Our three young boys enjoyed the "kids room" which was perfect for video games and a large desk for all the laptops. The yard was great for a family game of football.

The location was perfect to all the North Conway attractions, WalMart, Shaws and many restaurants.

The owners are very pleasant and accomodating. It was a pleasure renting their home. We look forward to staying again.

Rented this house for a weekend and loved it! Spacious, clean, excellent amenities, close to everything! The memory foam mattresses were a blessing! Beautiful, homey decor! The kitchen was a joy to ccok in! Can't wait to go back!

House was very comfortable with a great deck and porch. Easy access to Conway etc. Great for a family or large group - plenty of room and well maintained.

This house was everything advertised and more! This house is great for a large family. We found the space lent itself well to our group and we all appreciated the quality of finish work, furnishings, appliances and ammentities. We all raved about the quality of every mattress in the house! The location was handy and found the convienent store across the street had all the basics we needed and the staff there to be very nice which only added to our stay. We intend to return next year.

Fantasic Vacation Home!!!!

We had a great time in this tastefully decorated and very comfortable home.The owners were very pleasant to work with and everything we could possibly need was there. Being located walking distace to the country market was convient and there were plenty of great restaurants and places to shop minutes away. Great place for familys with kids or even a romantic getaway for two.
