A great house and location on Navarre Beach.
My family had a great time here. The house was clean, everything we needed and more. Great view of the water from inside and a short walk down to the beach. Grab a chair, umbrella, your sunscreen and shades and you are there! The house has an awesome open space from living to dining to kitchen. The house is essentially split in half with a large gathering room (probably 24x36 HUGE!) in the center and 2 beds on either side. The setup was great for having kids, put them to bed in the front bedrooms and relax while listening to the gulf on the deck, have a few drinks without disturbing anyone....vacation! We really didn't need anything during our stay but the owner was very friendly and was always available before and after the stay which was nice...no phone tag or days to find out simple answers to questions we had.
Navarre is a great place if you want a nice beach without all the crowds. There were several days that the next closest person on the beach was over 100 yards away. Short drives to all the sights in the area etc.
I also managed to get in some fishing with a great charter guide I would also recommend, Captain Mike of Emerald Ghost Charters. He was also super friendly, accommodating and we caught several HUGE redfish (20-30lbs each), ladyfish, and a few spanish mackerel. Another great experience while in Navarre!
I would recommend this beach house for the price, location, cleanliness, and service.
