This spacious home is beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico at the western end of the island, about 1 mile from the National Seashore. It offers a huge living area with separate TV, sitting and board game areas. The beach side balcony offers a covered sitting area and two sundecks. Downstairs there is an enclosed hot & cold shower and storage area for beach gear. The master bedroom is gulf front with a king bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 is also gulf front with a king bed and shares bath with bedroom #3 which has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds with close access to the bath off living area. The living area has queen sleeper sofa. SORRY, NO PETS OR GROUPS WITHOUT ADULTS!

Wonderful property - perfect for family with kids. Just a short walk over the dune to the beach and the ocean. Quiet residential street with nice clean beachfront. Ideal for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. We would definately recommend this property!!

Just got back from a week at Dawson House and I'm ready to book it again for next year! Our family (2 adults + 1 kid) shared the house with friends (2 adults + 2 kids) from out of state and there was PLENTY of room. The great room in the center of the house is perfect for games, puzzles, meals, television, reading, cooking, etc. The deck is so close to the beach - just a few steps over the dune and you are right in the water! No need to bring beach toys, chairs, umbrellas -- there are plenty in the downstairs storage area. And the beach itself is perfect - very quiet with only a few other people. Thanks, Hank, for a great week and a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful week!! We searched for the perfect place and found it at Dawson House. The setup was superb for our family of 8. One son and his wife had the master suite, the other son and his wife with our 2 grandsons took the adjoining bedrooms with the shared bath and we took the small bedroom. Our compliments to Hank for a hands-off approach to a wonderful stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The location away from the crowds is a bonus! Absolutly no negatives here. We all had a wondeful time. 2 refrig, washer/dryer, pots & pans, toasters, coffee makers, dishes & glasses, dishwasher. Dawson House lacks nothing! Thanks for a very unforgettable stay on the Emerald Coast. Navarre Beach is the place.
