Directly across from the Snowflake Lift and on the 4 O'Clock Run, this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo offers ski-in/ski-out access to your back door. A ground floor unit on single level, it’s perfect for families with kids or anyone tired of lugging gear up the stairs. During summer, miles of hiking trails and mountain biking trails are just minutes from the complex. Common Club House with two indoor hot tubs (winter only) and one outdoor hot tub (year-round) available, perfect after a long day on the slopes. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Second bedroom also has a queen bed, TV and sink in room. It shares a hallway bath with third bedroom, featuring brand new full-size bunk bed (full on top and full on bottom). Unit sleeps maximum 8 guests. There is a gas fireplace in living room, washer/dryer in hallway closet and plenty of storage.

Ski: Breckenridge Mountain Ski Resort is in your backyard and the Town is in your front yard. Most ski tickets to Breckenridge also allow you to ski at Keystone or Arapahoe Basin. Keystone even has night skiing so you can ski into the night if you so choose. Copper Mountain Ski Resort is also minutes away. Vail and Beaver Creek are only 45 minutes away as well. If you are a snow hound, this is the place to stay.

Golf: Add yardage to any of your shots when you hit golf balls in at 10,000 feet. Summit County has five world class golf courses throughout the community. All are a very short distance from your unit, and have very reasonable greens fees.
