The cottage was fantastic and perfect for our party of four people. It was exactly as described by the listing and in a super convenient location, close to the beach and Main Street, Hyannis. Elaine was an incredible host, answering all my questions and offering her recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. My group had the greatest time in Cape Cod and we would definitely recommend this property to other visitors!
Spent six wonderful days with my family in this gorgeous cottage. The cottage was spotless, bright and cheerful, and fully decked out (linens, modern appliances, any kitchen items one might need, etc), just as promised/pictured in the listing. The street is quiet with very little traffic, the beach is just a couple minutes away by foot, the backyard is private and perfect for cooking out, relaxing with a book, etc. Most importantly, John and Elaine (owners) went above and beyond to make us feel secure in the reservation process, and at home once we arrived. The cottage is perfect for a couple with children, or two couples, a bit small but manageable for any other group of four. We were not on a vacation, so we did not have the chance to check out many amenities in the area. However, Main St/Hyannis is close enough that I'm sure the listing is accurate in its description of them. I highly recommend this cottage and, based on my excellent experience at this location and with John and Elaine, I expect that their other listings are also great!
