This beach house is the perfect vacation spot for families, especially with kids. The beach is very clean with lots of room to play and watch your children. Fully air conditioned and heated. The house is very family friendly with comfortable furniture and accommodations. No need to worry about children breaking expensive lamps. This home has been owned by the same owners for over 30 years and their children and grandchildren come back every summer. There are 4 good size bright beachy bedrooms, all equipped with radio/alarm clocks. 2 bedrooms with FULL beds and 2 bedrooms with sets of TWINS - 1 full Bathroom on the main living floor with a stand up shower and one full bathroom under the house with an attached outside (private) shower - As well as an exterior shower on the walkway coming back in from the beach. TV/VCR/DVD (w/ cable)in the family room - Plenty of seating around the house both inside and on the deck - Small portable radio/CD player - This is a great spot for a family.

We had a wonderful vacation. This house met our needs perfectly. We were right on the beach and it was an easy walk to town. We took a day trip to Charleston and it was only a 20 minute drive. I would recomment this house to anyone. The location was great, the customer service was great, all in all this was the best vacation experience for our whole family.

We loved our stay at Folly beach. The house was perfect and in a great location ... close to town and the beach was big and beautiful. We were able to people watch, fish and swim. Can't wait to return next year.

Wonderful beach. Home was very family-friendly. Terrific view to dine by! Great Piggly-Wiggly grocery near-by (get their guest card!) Fresh seafood easily available. Saturday afternoon traffic is nutty as well as trying to get in to Charleston around rush hour! Thankful for the opportunity to share this home! No dishwasher but did not miss it one bit!!

This has definitely been the best deal I have came across, especially for a family of 8. Excellent customer service! Perfect location with all necessary amenities. Close by Wal-Mart (where we shop often). Can't be any better than that! I would definately recommend this to EVERYONE and would come back over and over myself. It was the best vacation our family had! Loved it, loved it, loved it! This is also excellent for surfers (I just watched though).
