Relax and enjoy the spectacular Chesapeake Bay view from this beautiful bay front home located in the private community of Scientists Cliffs. Located on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, this home is just 33 miles from the Washington DC Beltway with no bridges to cross! This welcoming home is situated atop a 75 ft cliff has beautiful wood paneling throughout and offers 3 bedrooms with a sleeping loft, two family rooms areas, 2 full baths, a refinished galley kitchen with granite counter-tops and new appliances. Home was renovated in 2006. Please Note That This Is A Non-Smoking House And No Pets Are Allowed Community amenities include: pool, tennis courts, boat ramp, lots of hiking and biking trails, basketball courts, Community House and small playground. Golf is close by. See list of activities below.

Beach, Pool and Tennis / Community Activities: Activities abound as the community has a private beach, community pool, tennis courts, ball fields, basketball court, boat ramp, and a small tot playground beside the community house. Additionally, the Scientists Cliffs community is surrounded by the American Chestnut Land Trust and offers many hiking/ biking trails along with kayaking in Parkers Creek. Lots of activities for kids from swimming, fishing, crabbing, building sand castles to looking for sharks teeth.

Sailing and Boating: Sunfish Rental available for additional charge. Community has its own boat ramp, so bring the boat. For large boat owners, a slip at Flag Harbor can be rented for the week for additional charge.

Restaurants and nightlife: Restaurants and nightlife can be found in Prince Frederick (5mins) or Solomon’s Island (25 min) or you can just enjoy the stunning sunrise & sunsets viewings from backyard.

Golf: Chesapeake Hills Golf Course is a public golf course nearby. Bring the Golf Clubs!
