'Boondoggle' has 5 bedrooms with 3 baths renovated with incredible ocean views. This decorator house has an open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen, family room, dining room, and enclosed porch all with full views of the Atlantic Ocean. A private boardwalk from the house goes directly to the ocean. An outdoor patio facing the ocean has seating for 30 people with a portable barbecue grill. Maintained gardens with 30 live oak trees which canopies the house on the creekside and overlooks a gorgeous marsh view in the historic part of the Island. Flat screen TV's are in most rooms along with an iPod sound system. Granite counter tops with state of the art appliances in a fully equipped kitchen including professional ice maker and wine cooler. All 3 bathrooms have been totally gutted and recently renovated.
