Relax on the huge balcony overlooking the river with sitting area or have your breakfast on the dining set for six or swing on the porch swing on the downstairs patio while you sun in the landscaped yard between the house and the river.
There are two sitting areas: an upstairs living room with leather sofas that opens onto the upstairs balcony and a downstairs game/play room with uphostered sofa and chaise lounge where you can play shuffle board or open up the sliding doors to the downstairs patio and the river.
The upstairs master bedroom has a four poster bed and is surrounded with windows with views of the river. The master bath has a jacuzzi big enough for two and a shower. Downstairs are the two guest bedrooms: one surrounded by windows on two sides with river views and a queen bed and the other very large with a double bed and a twin with plenty of room left over for a crib or for the kids to play. The guest beds share a large bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combo.
Washer/dryer are located just off the downstairs bath and there is a half bath upstairs off the kitchen and living room. An extensive library and is also at your disposal, as well as all the area attractions.
