Welcome to ' Pondering Place'. A beautiful 3 Bedroom with 2 bathroom cottage. House is 400 yards from Hardings Beach. Kids can walk to the beach on the sidewalks The house is set back from the road on 3/4 of acre with a pond in the backyard. It is the ideal place for peace and quiet. Come and enjoy Chatham. Many activities include watching the Chatham A' s Baseball games, dancing at the Chatham band concerts, walking the beach or just shopping along main street. Golf and Tennis nearby.
