Completely renovated ground floor condo. Two blocks from secluded South Beach and Back River. Three blocks from Tybee pier and pavilion, downtown shops, restaurants and famous Tybee bars. You won't need to drive once you get here. Just use the two bicycles, two beach chairs and two beach towels provided. Queen size bed and marble bathroom with rain head upstairs. Queen size sofa bed downstairs. 600 thread count sheets make you want to stay in bed! 40 inch Sony LCD TV with blue ray disc player that plays regular DVDs as well. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, outside patio with table and chairs. High quality cookware. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway weekend or a long vacation! This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. Even with a 3 year old we were so close to everything that we could walk. Every amenity was provided and the condo was so CLEAN! Even if you forget to bring something Jeff has it in the condo for you!! Jeff was a pleasure to rent from. I would reccomend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a good price and wonderful location. We had a blast and will definatly stay here again!

Everything we needed

I'm tempted not to write this because Jeff thought of everything for a comfortable stay, and I don't want this little secret to get out and have all you romantic getaway condo-seekers book a time we would like to return to in the future. It was our first trip to Tybee, and it won't be our last. The drive from ATL down 75 & 16 was long, but worth it once we got there (next time, I'll fly in to a closer locale). Clean, quiet, great location (didn't use the bicycles because it was so easy to walk...held hands splashing down the shore barefoot all the way to the lighthouse (climbed it, too) & beyond & back). Locals steered us to the better, not touristy, restaurants & happenings.
Owner's Response: Thanks Brad. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. I can't control everything but I try to make everyone's stay a special time that they will always remember. Don't forget you can fly directly into Savannah through several major airlines. And... I am a local that can tell you where the best places are! Please come visit again.

great condo!!!

This was a great condo! In a nice, quiet neighborhood, has a terrific set up with all you could need. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient too. The condo is 3 blocks away from the beach, pier and town. We loved riding the bikes thru the neighborhood. It was great to use the beach chairs & towels provided. Jeff was extremely gracious and we had awesome communication.

Just returned from a long weekend stay at the condo. It was fantastic!!!! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a classy place which is affordable and close to the beach. Jeff is also a fantastic host to rent from. Thanks again Jeff for making my stay memorable!

My fiance and I went to Tybee Island for a weekend getaway and stayed at this condo. It is very nice, clean and newly renovated. The location was great and very convenient. Jeff is very friendly and helpful. When we make it back to Tybee Island we will plan to stay in this condo again. We couldn't have had a better weekend!!
