Photos and Description of the Edwards vacation condo rental sleeps 6: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths,

Top floor, sunny 2-level unit with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan for easy entertaining. Located on the Eagle River; in the summer you can open windows/deck doors and listen to the river, then sleep under Down/Primaloft comforters. The nearest Beaver Creek ski lift is only 5 minutes away and the parking lot is just 100 yards from the lift. For Apres ski, you can warm up in front of the condo's wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors: you are close to world class rafting, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and golfing, with fly fishing just downhill from the deck. I'm an Architect and half of my work is in the Vail Valley, so I still use my home-away-from-home a handful of nights each month. I continue to update my condo so when you stay here, consider yourself a patron to the arts for the current artistic phase. Thank you for visiting and have a safe vacation.

The shared pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is located on the Eagle River next to pool house - and within 50 yards of Condo. The kitchen includes all black and stainless new appliances: gas range/convection oven, granite countertops, custom kiln-baked tile backsplash, breakfast bar, and Brita is provided. There is a propane BBQ Grill on the deck with two tanks, which also has table/chairs, antique coke machine, firewood, workbench, and overlooks the river. There is a wireless modem for internet (USB cables also provided) and the 2 TVs include sports and Sirius music channels.

South facing 2-Story Condo 1 mile from nearest ski lift, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and theaters, 20 minutes to Eagle/Vail Airport, 2 hours from DIA.

Condo History: I've owned my 3-bed/3-bath condo for 10 years, and it's been my primary residence until I moved to Denver in the summer of 2007.

Other Activities: Hot-air ballooning, health/beauty spa, downhill/alpine skiing, river tubing (with proper gear), cross country skiing, kayaking, wildlife viewing

Thanks for the great stay! Even though we live close to the mountains the best part was not having to fight traffic for a weekend of awesome snow. Fireplace and views were amazing. We'll definitely come back.

This 3 bedroom condo was very comfortable during our week stay. What was really nice was the fact that there were 3 full baths for each of the bedrooms. The best part was driving to either Beaver Creek or Vail was not that much of a big deal; especially for the savings.
