This quiet, private property is just a short stroll to one of East Hampton's bay beaches. The house has a contemporary layout with the living room, dining room and kitchen all in one space -- great for entertaining. There are four bedrooms in the main house with a master suite on the first floor and one on the second. There are two other bedrooms which share a bathroom. There is a 16' x 34' pool outside the back with a safety fence for kids. In addition there is a 6 person hottub, a separate intimate sauna house plus a wooden swingset for the kids. Also there is a pool house which has a double bed and its own bathroom. This is perfect for a nanny or a visiting guest with its own kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, etc.). The property is located on a dirt road in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, so it is quite private and secluded. There is a garage for storing beach gear.
