This quiet, private property is just a short stroll to one of East Hampton's bay beaches. The house has a contemporary layout with the living room, dining room and kitchen all in one space -- great for entertaining. There are four bedrooms in the main house with a master suite on the first floor and one on the second. There are two other bedrooms which share a bathroom. There is a 16' x 34' pool in the backyard (a safety fence for kids if requested). There is a separate pool house in the back with its own kitchenette and bathroom- perfect for a nanny or visiting guests. In addition, there is a 6 person hot tub, a separate intimate sauna house plus a wooden swingset and trampoline for the kids. The property is located on a dirt road in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, so it is quite private and secluded. There is a garage for storing beach gear. House is pet-friendly. However, it is not welcome to share-house/party groups. No prom groups as well.

AMAZING! Brought my whole family plus 2 large dogs and a baby and everyone felt so at home and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious to say the least and has EVERYTHING. Pool, sauna, hot tub, trampoline, swing set. It is very private and just a 3 minute (literally) walk to the beach! I hope we can rent again next year, would do it in a heartbeat!
