This retreat/vacation home is across the street from Tunnel Park and Lake Michigan. A five minute walk will have your toes in the water or listen to the waves from the large, wrap-around deck. After a day at the beach, relax and enjoy the home's amenities in the finished garage (ping pong, foosball, game table and darts) or visit downtown Holland with its impressive array of restaurants, pubs, art galleries, shopping, and theatres. The home is minutes away from beaches, tennis courts, golf, fishing, and hiking/biking trails.
The furnished home has an open concept design, with a large communal family room and kitchen, but also provides individual space and many different sleeping options. Two bedrooms and adjacent bathroom are located on the lower floor with two more bedrooms (+ bathroom) on the main floor. A sleeping loft includes bunk beds and two futons. Other home features include the finished garage, laundry room, and large deck equipped with deck furniture and gas grill.
