STEPS TO THE SAND, BREATHTAKING VIEWS, OCEAN BREEZES & EXTRA PARKING

We enjoyed our week at the beach very much! Bob and his assistant Lynn were both very accessible and friendly. The deposit check was returned promptly and everything was as described. The property was in good condition and the location was perfect for a family with teens. The parking was a bit difficult in the very small parking spaces, but that is typical for beach houses in Newport. We woud definitely love to stay at this property again!!

OUR BEST VACATION EVER!!! I can't express enough how satisfied and happy we were with the location, the owner and the house itself! The owner was always at the "ready" when needed, he had good renters in the attached unit and the sreet it is located on is a "happenin' place". If you want to see surfing at its best, rent this place. Just 1-1/2 blocks up to the beach and apparently this is where all the surfers "in the know" go. The parties at night were fun to watch from our perch on the balcony and were not disruptive at all - it was almost like being in New Orleans on one particular evening! The house is fitted with all the necessities, was clean and everything was in running condition. There were more than enough kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans and anything you could think of wanting. The same goes for linens. I would highly recomment this property to anyone wanting a fun, relaxing - yet exciting - time at the beach. Thank you to the owner for a job well done!!
