A great water view in front (large pond w fountain and back (lagoon/golf). Decorated in a Seaside Retreat theme, painted in seaside colors - 3 bedrms/2 full baths, large open great room/vaulted ceiling, dining area, full size kitchen w pantry and screened porch. Master bedroom suite has king size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a sliding door to a screened porch. Bedroom #2 - 2 single beds - Bedroom #3 - queen size bed. A queen size pull-out sofa in the great room. A full size kitchen completely equipped. Great room has generous comfortable seating with 2 wicker rockers. There are ceiling fans throughout, TV/DVD/VCR in the great room and TV in the bedrooms, full size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. The villa is a 2nd floor (top floor) end unit with extra windows. A swimming pool is next door. There are 2 swimming pools/hot tub and tennis courts. We live locally and rent/maintain the villa.
