The Somerset is a lovely, secure property located across the street from a lively shopping/dining area. Beautiful landscaping. The unit is well-equipped with many improvements noted in the baths and kitchen, as well as new carpeting throughout. Good size, very comfortable unit well-situated on the 2nd floor, convenient to surface parking, 2 pools and beach. Gorgeous beach views through glass sliding doors in LR and MBR, providing balcony access. The unit was very clean upon arrival and the cleaning company takes care of all the closing procedures, e.g., balcony furniture pull-in, sheets/towels, water heater, hvac, etc.
Marco Island is our favorite FL destination with plenty to do on the beach (sail, waverunner, parasail), with abundant marine life, including conch, whelk, starfish, sand dollars, fish, dophin, shark and manatee. Many local nature preserves offer chance to encounter wildlife such as eagles, hawks, and alligators, to name a few. Great opportunies for golf and fishing nearby, as well. Naples is 30-45 mins. away for upscale shopping. Favorite Marco restaurants include DaVinci's (Italian) and Nene's (breakfast).
