Our Property:
Our brand new property is an 8th floor residence designed for luxurious comfort. It is loaded with state-of-the-art features like granite counter tops with two-person bar, solid front maple kitchen cabinets, solid core doors and twelve-inch ceramic tile in the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally unlike most condominiums our residence provides SPACE; fifty percent larger than most 1 Bedroom properties. The living area contains a sleeper sofa, rattan lounge chair, 32” flat-panel HDTV for your enjoyment and relaxation. Included for your use are a selection of DVDs, board games and books for after those long days on the beach or shopping. The Master Bedroom contains a king bed, end tables, lamps, another 32” flat-panel HDTV, and private access to the oversized outdoor balcony. The balcony is over 190 square feet compared to the typical 50 square feet at most one bedroom properties. Enjoy beach breezes and sunsets on the balcony from the chaise lounge after a long day shopping.

Myrtle Beach boasts more than 100 golf courses, 2000 restaurants, spectacular live shows, amusement parks, water parks, thousands of stores, nightlife, sports events, art shows, concerts, festivals, world-class sculpture gardens, quaint fishing villages and 60 miles of beautiful beaches. You won’t have to venture far to find them. Within 7 miles you can find Entertainment (IMAX Theater, SC Children’s Museum, Broadway on the Beach, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Palace Theatre, MagiQuest, NASCAR Speedpark, Ripley’s Aquarium, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Myrtle Waves, Cal Ripken Complex), Shopping (Golf Dimensions Superstore, Tanger’s Outlet, Broadway on the Beach, Coastal Grande Mall, Dozens of shops from discount to upscale) and countless restaurants from fast food to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
