Welcome to Goofy’s Getaway a spacious 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom villa situated in the exclusive Sandy Ridge development. The villa is located in a quiet conservation area surrounded by woodlands and is ideal to relax in after a hard day at the nearby theme parks. Located within this community you will find two lakes as well as a play area for younger children. Disney is located within a 10 min drive via Old Lake Wilson Rd which is a quiet, picturesque route taking you through the exclusive Reunion Golf Resort.

The Villa benefits from: Burglar Alarm for added Security High Speed wireless Internet Access, Free Land Line Calls to USA/CAN and UK. Wii & PlayStation 2 Consoles + Games, making our villa the ideal place to relax in while having the opportunity to stay in touch with friends & colleges.

A $150 / £100 non refundable deposit will guarantee your booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure together with a security deposit of $350/£200. This is returned after the villa has been cleaned & checked for damage. Pool heating is advised during the months Oct. - March. The charge for this service is $135 / £90 per week. Discounts available for stays of 3 weeks or more. Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning charge of $100 / £50.

Within this area you will find a selection of restaurants and eateries including Chinese, Italian and Chilli’s a vibrant Mexican restaurant. There are also a number of convenience stores, a bank with 24hr cash machines and two fuel stations. For all Golf enthusiasts there are two world renowned courses, the 36 hole Championsgate course situated in the beautiful Omni Resort and designed by Greg Norman and next door is the equally Renowned Reunion Resort.

wonderful place to stay

This was our second trip to Florida and our second stay at Stephen's and Julie's home; It is very clean and well taken care of. Our son looked forward to getting back to the house after a day at the parks to go for a swim. It is very close to everything you need and you will feel at home there. We look forward to spending more time in your home the next time we visit Florida.

We just spend a month at this villa,and are planning on going back next year. This home was nicely decorated, clean and well taken care of. The owners are very nice to deal with. The home is close to a very nice Publix grocery store. Its also very close to all the Disney Parks. I would recommend this villa to anyone

My third time in Orlando and the first time that the pool has been warm from day one. House great, comfy beds etc., clean, good layout for families.

Location was good, especially if you want to attack Busch Gardens as well as the other parks. Close to supermarket and some good restaurants.

Prompt response from the owner when I had a question.

No hesitation in recommending this house to anyone else :-)

Lovely home

We stayed for a week with our family. The home has plenty of room for 6 people. Steve was very accommodating. It was nice to have our own private pool to come home to after spending the day at WDW. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner at home rather than having to eat out all the time.

Beautiful perfect house

We were in the house near te mouse from 27 jan until 7 feb. What a great beautiful house.
It was decorated perfectly. Everything we needed in the house was there. The livingroom was big and had enough space. Also the bedrooms were perfect. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The house is nearby Disney, Universal and the shoppingmalls. If we come back to Orlando we will rent this house again.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
