Steps to the Harbor and a few minutes walk to the ocean. Walking distance to many activities, including the Fun Zone, Balboa Island Ferry, The Pier, restaurants, etc. Located in a terrific neighborhood where everyone watches out for each other. The house has been newly redecorated with beautiful original hardwood floors. You have to see it to believe it. It is very clean, and we are only minutes away.
