Photos and Description of the Laconia vacation condo rental Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably.

This new condo has all the modern conveniences and is tastefully decorated. Two double beds in large upstairs bedroom with view of the lake from window. Also a full bath, closet, TV and washer/dryer. One double bed in downstairs bedroom with TV on wall and a closet. Downstairs is kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, with ice maker, microwave and self cleaning oven. Full bathroom, livingroom with TV, dvd and vcr and two glass sliding doors out to a large deck. Table and chairs and grill provided. Gorgeous lake views from your deck. Our 200 ft. shared beach has just been updated with new stairs to the lake, beach chairs and a cabana. We have a new wrap around dock that can accommodate a 36 ft. boat. Additional attractions: Located in the heart of the lakes region, near Weirs Beach, arcades, waterpark, outdoor theater, restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, boat and jet ski rentals, cruise on the famous MT. Washington, train rides. There are shopping malls within less than a mile from the condo. Shaws, Wal-Mart, Lowes, banks, Homegoods, shoe stores and more.

Boat trailers or any kind of trailers are not permitted on the property. Trailers can be stored at Gilford storage for a daily fee. There is a two car limit per condo. Parking spaces are not designated. Please be courteous to all and park in front of your unit. A set of condo rules will be posted in the unit. Your co-operation will greatly be appreciated in adhering to the rules. thank You
