Our luxury estate, built in 2008, features over four acres in one of Tampa Bay's most prestigious gated communities. You'll be staying at the 2nd home on our luxury estate but don't worry the home is spacious, fully equipped, and is located further from our main home than the distance between your home and your neighbors.

The estate property includes:

It's like being at your own private resort. You will not find anything nicer in Tampa for anywhere close to this price.

Location: Our luxury estate features over four acres in one of Tampa Bay's most prestigious gated communities. Located just east of Tampa with easy access to the following locations.

- 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa

- 15 minutes to Busch Gardens

- 45 minutes to Disney World

- 55 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios

- 50 minutes to Cleawater Beach

- 60 minutes or less to most of the best beaches in continental US

The Community: Upon arrival you'll find yourself in a luxury equestrian community like no other. Over 680 acres of natural Florida wildlife and miles of horse trails. Look closely and you're sure to see everything from the majestic Sand Hill Crane, Gopher Tortoise, and maybe even an alligator.

The Interior: The interior is decorated and furnished. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat panel TV, dual sliders to back patio, soaking tub, spa style shower with body sprays, his and hers walk-in closets, and more.

Two guest bedrooms include a queen bed and full sized closets. The third guest bedroom has two bunk beds and a full size closet as well.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This includes a refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, an oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher.

Rental of our spacious guest home gives you access to all the amenities on our estate. This includes all of the following. - Huge swimming pool and 12 person spa. Swim laps or pull up a seat and relax at the aqua bar. Our pool area comes fully equipped with an outdoor 42 inch plasma screen TV. - Regulation size baseball infield. It's our very own field of dreams. We built it and hope you'll come. Like nothing you've ever seen this baseball field was designed and built by the same folks who do the spring training fields for the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, and several other major league baseball teams. - Pro style batting cage and pitching machine. Didn't come prepared to play ball. Don't worry we have plenty of bats, balls, and helmets. - Full court basketball with regulation back boards and adjustable height hoops. We've got plenty of basketballs for you to use if you couldn't fit one in your suitcase. - Indoor/Outdoor regulation ping pong table.

Fantastic property in a relaxing location.

Great location to unwind and relax. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant, large master bedroom and en-suite. 4th bedroom is really set up for 2 children. Nice pool area and we had fun in the batting cage! Very quiet roads around the estate that were ideal for early morning runs and walks. There were a couple of very minor problems with fixtures/ fittings in the house that were fixed immediately by the owner who could not have been more helpful.
This property is only a few minutes drive from Route 4, but it is about an hours drive to either the beaches to the west or the parks in the Orlando area. We had a second week in Orlando so that was not too much of a problem.
Overall we had a great time.

Thank you very much. Your home and property is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Please thank your husband Adam for the use of the field and batting cage. Our son returned home on Monday and went 4-4 with 3 rbi's so the extra time practicing really paid off.

Everything as described. If you want out away from traffic and noise, this is it. You are in your own little paridise, very secure, 24 hour manned gate keeper. Hope to come back next year.

The property was well maintained, quiet, and conveniently located. We were comfortable and all that we needed was right on hand. The owner was there to welcome us and answer any questions we had. Definately kid friendly.
I would give 2 thumbs up and recommend it to families travelling with children.

Fun in the sun

My 3 friends and I (all men) rented this house for a guys weekend to go see spring training. The house was great - we used the batting cage and pitching machine, played baseball on the infield in the back yard (!!!) and bbq'd a few nights. We had more than enough room for all of us in the house. The house is located about 20 mins from the city and we had no problems with the commute. The developement is secluded, gated and quiet. This was much cheaper, and MUCH more fun than a hotel.
