Walking and biking in Pawley's Plantation is so peaceful. The grounds are so impeccable. Security guard gated community. 3 minutes to the Beach of Pawley's Island. The sun rises and sunsets leave you untroubled. Our Clubhouse is noted for its dinning room & Sports Pub. Stay here and you don't have to leave. The food is recommended. Just outside of Pawley's Plantation community are numerous shopping areas . Pawley's Plantation is 70 miles North of Charleston, 10 miles north of Georgetown, 12 miles south of Merrill’s Inlet and 24 miles south of Myrtle Beach. 2 State parks within 5 miles. 2 miles to the famous Hammock Shops. 4 of the top 10 golf courses are within 5 minutes of the home. This is a well-appointed Private Home and not a Villa or Townhouse. This Ranch is truly Secluded and nestled in a tranquil wooded setting.

I have to say that I rent numerous houses from home away and this was the best experience yet. The house was spotless and in perfect condition. Ron the owner is great to deal with and very organized. I go to south carolina every january with my son to golf. Ron offered his Mrytle beach golf passport to insure that we recieved discounted rates. He even went as far as to email me every day with the daily specials. I have already reserved the house for next January.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We enjoy this home and its location immensely. Away from it all and yet close to the golf coarse and beach. All the things we love. While not having our home available for many guest rentals, it is important that it shows pride of ownership for those who stay. We enjoy the spacious rooms that overlook moss covered trees and its golf side location. It was our pleasure sharing and hope to see you soon!
