House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

Wonderful elevated home, across the street from Cudjoe Bay.

Enjoy our Heated Spa/Pool. Above ground 14' x 8' Pool has swim jets and 2 spa seats for relaxing in after a long day of boating. Plenty of room for boats, 180' of seawall. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house. Very clean newer home. All items from towels to pots and pans are supplied. Just bring your bathing suit, tooth brush and clothes. Downstairs has a fully enclosed shower, hot and cold water with bench. All the comforts of home, washer, dryer, microwave, Flat Screen cable HDTV, Wi-Fi, DVD, Weber grill and garbage disposal. Free use of our 2 man Kayak with rental and 2 Bikes for cruising. Weber gas grill is on our screened in patio.

This is a Non smoking home. We own both sides of canal, giving you total privacy along the water. 180' of seawall to fish from, and still room to tie up your boat! No bridges to open water. Home is on the Atlantic side of Cudjoe Key. Watch nightly sunsets from your porch.

Home is located in a great neighborhood. Deep canal with 180' of seawall. Electric Davit for jet skies. Across the street from Cudjoe Bay. Secluded Porch looks upon wooded lot, and canal.

Large corner property, with plenty of parking for trailers, RV, or vehicles. Fenced in yard, safe for pets and children. Two full service marinas near by, with fuel, bait, and boat ramp.

Fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating, sunbathing, beaches, sunsets, and Key West! Just 22 miles to Key West. Close to Bahia Honda State Park, which has the best beaches in the Florida Keys! At Bahia, you can take a snorkel trip out to Looe Key. Looe Key, is known for great snorkeling and SCUBA diving.

Fabulous restaurants, from casual to fancy. 5 min. to Big Pine Key, home of the Key Deer. Small Deer, found only in the lower Keys.

Great diving and snorkeling at near by Looe Key. House is close to Bahia Honda State Park, one of the Best Sunbathing Beaches in the Keys! Bahia Honda also has boat chartered snorkeling trips out to Looe Key. Lobster diving starts in August, and lasts till March. For advanced divers, the Busch wreck lies just offshore of Cudjoe Key. Just minutes to open ocean, for great fishing! Brand New Bikes for cruising.

We stayed at this house for a long weekend fishing trip. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations. David is very nice and easy to work with. We rented the property for the same trip this year in May. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great family vacation in a lovely setting. The house is sparkling clean, 20 miles from Key West with plenty of extras like bikes, hot tub etc. thrown in.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My girlfriend and I spent 10 days here in October and loved every second. It was extremely clean, there is lots of room if you have a trailer/camper/boat to store. The amenities that are provided fill every need, bikes, kayak, scuba gear, fins, wetsuits, you name it. I used the grill several times and it was great, we both biked around Cudjoe Key and took the kayak out a few times into the bay as well. The best part to us was the gigantic spa pool, it could fix 6 people pretty comfortably. Less than 45 minutes to Key West too. One issue that arose was quickly taken care of, Dave had a guy locally drive right over to us and made sure we were satisfied. It's a fantastic property and we may rent again, and encourage everyone to check it out as it was certainly worth every penny.

Wonderful Time!

We had a wonderful time at your retreat in Cudjoe.
My granddaughter, Aria had a wonderful time with the dalmation chair and the tea set, we drank gallons of fake tea. The dvds were a hit also, personally I hate the noise of the television. My son in law watched no TV the whole week, he said it was the first time ever and I can vouch for that.
We enjoyed watching the neighbors walk their dogs on the morning and evening runs. Very entertaining and they were all very nice to us. I especially enjoyed your neighbor Bennetta, she kept a watchful eye out for us and gave us lots of advice. Thanks for the new garbage receptacles, as there was a lot of garbage.
We are already planning a trip for next year, if everything works out. How far in advance will you take a reservation? lol.
Your place suited all of our needs and we really enoyed it, hope you will consider letting us stay again.
