Bring your boat to this Modern Gulf Coast Florida vacation rental home in Hudson. The home is decorated in a European style with contemporary design, this vacation home is very light & bright with easy access to the Gulf Of Mexico from the rear of the property. This home is located on a deep water canal complete with a floating boat dock right outside your door that leads to the blue waters of the Gulf Of Mexico. You can rent a motor boat, sail boat or a Jet Ski nearby and explore the nearby islands or sand bar observe all the local sea life from dolphins to turtles or fishing. The accommodation includes 2 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen bar, very spacious formal leather living area, family room with TV and DVD player and some movies. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer and microwave. The washer/ dryer is located in the garage. The driveway is large enough for 3 cars. Enjoy a large screened in area for coffee.

  • $450 week minimum 1 week stay, $1500.00 per month,Guest Requirements, Responsibilities, Damages and Security Deposit
    Guest authorizes R Grist to charge the credit card for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, or extra cleaning for any and all damages and/or loss occurring during the stay. In the event of substantial damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture or flooring, guest shall be responsible for collection costs and attorneys fees. Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest. R Grist is not responsible for personal items left in house by guests. Although the property will be equipped for rental purposes, we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts. R Grist is not responsible for events beyond his control such as effects of inclement weather, power failure, unforeseen maintenance & mechanical problems, and unreported problems. Rental rates will not be adjusted for such events.

I would recommed this property for anyone how would like to visit the New Port Richey/Hudson area.
Nice and quiet. Very little traffic and a great deal for the cost.
