At one with Nature and the Universe

We consider ourselves fortunate to have experienced Nature's Paradise. It is situated in the midst of an exotically landscaped tropical gardens and perched high on a hill offering stunning 180 degree views of the St. Lucian coastline and of the Caribbean Sea, as far out as the horizon.
Nature's Paradise and the Banana Cottage, where we stayed for a week, was a pleasant and welcoming surprise. Imagine...being surrounded by flowering hibiscus, frangipani, and bougainvillea, towering bamboo, luxurious ferns, and swaying palms. Imagine being visited each day by colorful Hummingbirds and by ever-curious Finches. What more can one ask for?
If nature and relaxation is what one is looking for, this is the place.
With only two cottages and two single rooms, one can easily get the feeling of staying in a private tropical villa. Only the few guests share the large private swimming pool. The cottage has a large veranda with comfortable lounge chairs, screened windows and screened sliding doors that allows in soothing tropical breezes. The rooms have high vaulted ceilings and an overhead fan, a comfortable sitting area, a private bathroom with all amenities and a fully stocked kitchen.
Marigot Bay harbor, with its palm-studded beach, its sailing boats and yachts, its restaurants and bars and its small supermarket and bank, and its exquisite bakery and coffee shop located dockside at the Marina. Here are also Bateau Mygo, Doolittle's and Rainforest Hideaway restaurants, and the renowned (now restored) Hurricane Bar at the Discovery Resort. All are worth a visit for a meal, soothing tropical rum cocktail, or a cold and refreshing local Piton beer. Rainforest Hideaway, while being the most expensive of the Marigot Bay restaurants, is the best of the lot, offering the most romantic ambiance and the most delicious and elegantly presented meals of them all -- a Marigot Bay experience not to be missed and best left to the end.
All in all, one week at Nature's Paradise was like living a dream. One of sweeping views of the Caribbean, of lush tropical gardens, fragrant flowers, colorful birds, chattering tree frogs and of millions of stars of the milky way...a romantic and peaceful vacation experience, at one with nature and the universe. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Nature's Paradise. Our growing yearn to return makes us wish we had stayed longer.
