Our brand new 3400 square foot 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Watersound Beach home in the Wind Rose neighborhood is the perfect vacation retreat. This 4 story home has awesome beach views and is only a 6-8 minute walk to the ocean. Enjoy the privacy of this gated community on the south side of 30A. Great Room: The great room has a 42 inch high def LCD tv and surround. After a day at the beach come back and enjoy a cook out. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room also has an Asko Washer and Dryer. The Bedrooms have: 3 King bedrooms 1 bunk bedroom with two sets of bunks. All bedrooms will have LCD TVs including a 37 inch HD in one of the owners suites. Each bedroom also has their own private bath.

Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico between Seaside and Rosemary Beach (in The Beaches of South Walton, located on Florida’s panhandle), our home offers an exceptionally peaceful WaterSound vacation in casually luxurious Coastal Living style. The home is just a 6-8 minute walk to the beach and a short 3-4 minute bike ride (bikes provided in rental). WaterSound Beach, a decidedly upscale new community, is most famous for its mile long stretch of sugar- white beach hugged by magnificent century old sand dunes. Boardwalks meander throughout the 256 acre property passing a rare coastal dune lake, lily ponds and fabulous privately owned beach homes and townhouses. The home is located just a short stroll to the heated pool. Other resort amenities include outdoor fireplace, an adult 18 hole mini golf Puttering Park, a Yacht Pond, and the DuneSider Grill serving lunch poolside in the summer season.
