What a great vacation home! We normally stay at a local motel so we were thrilled to find this home in the country.

The hosts could not have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating. The farm residents were great....Gracie the apple begging donkey, Jack & Jill the sheep, Sally and her son Bob the goats, and the tame chickens that kept us in fresh eggs for breakfast. Our very favorite was "Miss Kitty" the very loving cat....What a love!

The farm is very well kept and the house itself was very clean and fully equipted. The full kitchen and the washer & dryer were very useful. The bedrooms were large with hugh closets and the bathrooms were nice with plenty of clean towels. We spent most of our time there on the huge front porch talking, or just soaking up the quiet and recharging. We enjoyed our time there so much that we actually stayed an extra day and really hated to leave then!

We are so looking forward to staying there again next year.

I have been searching for a farm house or similar property type in the Soutwest Wisconsin region for a number of years. I was thrilled to come across this listing and booked a trip for April of this year.

The home is very nice and very well maintained. Katie was a joy to work with and was a very welcoming host for us upon our arrival. The property is conveniently located close to Boscobel, and close enough to the main highway to get to the locations I wanted to travel to - but far enough away that it is secluded and quiet.

The property is clean and comfortable, with ample space in the kitchen to prepare meals and a full dining room for your family. The large porch is a great place to relax, enjoy the country and read a book.

Full washer and dryer were a nice compliment to allow us to pack lighter and return from our trip with clean clothes.

The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of space in ample closets and dresser drawers.

Wonderful property. I look forward to returning soon!

What a joy to stay in this amazing farmhouse. It was easy to find, thanks to the great directions. The house was updated and had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean and sparkled with a "Welcome Home" feeling. It was such a joy to sit out on the large porch with the morning coffee and listen to the peace around us. Our visit was much too short to enjoy the beautiful walking paths that were available, but we are already planning ahead to make reservations for the next time.
