This one bedroom colonial apartment comes with a large full modern kitchen. The open living area has two beautiful wooden doors opening to a spacious 20 X 30 foot tiled terrace. The terrace/deck is open allowing for sunlight and views of the ocean. This apartment has been recently remodeled and sleeps up to four comfortably. An air conditioned bedroom, which also opens to the terrace, has two twin beds that can be moved together for a king size bed. The living room has a settee/futon, which opens to a queen size bed. Amenities include ceiling fans through out, cable television, stereo and wireless Internet. Washer/ dryer is available. Full city amenities, Walking distance to all restaurants, music, art galleries, museum and beaches. This apartment can be rented in conjunction with the larger apartment in the same building on 53 Calle San Justo to accommodate larger groups.
