This home away from HOME offers the best sunsets in Florida. Top of the line appliances, flat screen TV and furnishings offer luxurious vacation getaway. With easy/direct access to the pool, hot tub and beach. This small community of only 17 units features private covered parking and elevator. This is a Kid Friendly Non-Smoking condo. Small dogs OK. No cats. NO SMOKING Indian Rocks Beach is a fantastic location and one of the quietest and most private parts of the beach; Only minutes to groceries, restaurants on the water, shopping, boating, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Busch Gardens (45 minutes) and Disney World (90 minutes). Yet, this is a quiet part of the beach.
