We purchased this brand new condo in place of staying at hotels while on business. It is our second home away from home. We hope you find it as enjoyable to stay in as we do! It has everything to make your stay convient and affordable, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the den. Futon Bunkbed in the den as well.
Our clients have found this to be a very suitable condo, and have enjoyed the amenities that it has to offer!

This condo is located in a new subdivision, with easy access to 22X highway, and boasts mountain views within a few seconds drive.
The Kings condo has grocery shopping, mini mall conviences, and even a Starbucks within 5 minutes walking distance! From pub dining to chinese food and a pizza restaurant, for those looking for a nice stroll and a night out!

We had a great stay at Maryann's condo. It was a perfect place for my family of 5. The children loved the bunk beds! Maryann was wonderful to deal with especially since this was the first time that we rented with vrbo. Thank you Maryann! My family really enjoyed your rental.
This condo is very clean and well maintained. It is in a good location with easy access to Spruce Meadows, the mountains (about 1.5 hours to Banff) and the LRT to get downtown. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Sleeping accomodations are good in the bedroom and living room, but the futon in the Den would be good for small children only. Loved that we could do our laundry - nice new washer and dryer. My only complaint was the wireless internet did not work despite our troubleshooting and a contact to the owners. With two teenage children, this was a bit of a dissappointment for us.
Listing accurately described property as well as amenities; property clean and well maintained. I would recommend to others. Our only concern was the noise above and next to the door/hallway/stairs was noisy too. However the property absolutely suited our needs for our stay, just a small sacrifice with the amount of noise we're not used to. A huge positive for us was quick and easy access to condo and situated for easy driving even to central and north Calgary. Owner was quite a blessing to work with and made for an easy transaction! We stayed at this condo in September . It was perfect accomodations for our family. The condo was clean and well equipped. Maryann was very helpful in our booking and considerate of our needs. It is a great location for the mountains and shopping for our day to day requirements. Easy access to this condo,and a reserved parking stall were assets. Making our meals was easy, as pots and pans and dishes were readily available. We also made great use of the bar-b-que. We would totally recommend this condo for families and come again. This property is very well tended to and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately the neighbors don't care about noise and their loud TV into the late, late night was a bother. Certainly this was worth renting and is much, much better than a hotel. Location is very convenient, especially for leaving Calgary to the south. Shopping nearby is also quick and easy so getting groceries was simple.
