This home situated in a beautiful small coastal Cape town offers central air, a roomy 1st floor that includes a large kitchen dining area overlooking a deck/ yard, den, living room , porch/sun room , full bath, & laundry area . Upstairs includes a full bath, 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds & 1 with a king (& own bath.) & deck off MB. Super Location beautiful walks with panoramic views of salt marches and Atlantic) ! 3 minute car ride to Harwichport and 10 to Chatham .,walking distance to 2 restaurants , bike path 1 mi. , 1 mile to Wychmere & Saquatucket Harbors, the seal, & Monomoy cruise & Nantucket ferry . This house is in an area which offers privacy and lovely scenery. Rental includes cleaning, and linen rental service can be arranged.

Can't say enough great things about this place

I have been renting this home for the past 3 summers for my family of 6, and sometimes a guest. All I can say is , what a great location - close to the beach, yet just far enough from town to enjoy beautiful scenery, lovely walks, and privacy. We and our guests just can't say enough great things about this house, either. It is quite roomy, very clean, and oh, so pretty. We love, love,love the porch and upstairs deck. Wish it were ours!
