This property shows well overall, however, once we settled in things started to unravel. The oven was not working, we had paid for heating for the pool/spa and the entire time we were there we had no access to any control mechanism. We made several attempts(phone calls) to correct this but was not successful with the pool/spa situation. The oven was serviced a few days before our departure. I must say that we really liked the property location, the layout, and size for out family. We feel that a more detailed management of this property would serve the owners and renters in the long run. All of the problems we encountered were strictly maintenance problems. This should not be left up to the renters once they arrive at the property.
Please note that we only mentioned the major problems we encountered during our visit, however, there were a number of minor ones that should be addressed as well.
I would recommend this property to others with a note of disclosure.
Once again, the area was perfect for our family. We didn't mind the drive getting to the attractions, restaurants, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
