It is a perfect place for a family or two families with young children to spend their vacation in Chatham. The proximity to town, beaches and the excellent neighborhood all add to the house's inherent charm. With Downtown Chatham and Oyster Pond Beach only 1.5 miles away and Lighthouse Beach only 2 miles, there are many adventures awaiting your arrival. To summarize, the house sleeps 8-10 and has 4 bedrooms, three full baths and an outdoor shower. There are 2 Kings, 1 Queen & 2 twin beds.

  • $485 per night OFF SEASON ONLY! In Season Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
  • $2550 / per week Summer 2010
    $3400 / per week off season
  • There is a REQUIRED security deposit and REQUIRED cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.

    Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.
