The Places des Vosges is only 5 minutes from this Marais apartment, and neighboring Rue du Parc Royal offers a green, Paris oasis with a play park for children. The apartment building features a spacious lobby with a double security system and entry intercom, and the third floor is accessed via stairs or an elevator. From the apartment entrance, which leads directly to the large living room, a view of private gardens from the adjacent building opens below. This apartment is truly the best in design and location. It is located on Rue Elzevir which is just steps from the Picasso Museum,and Rue des Francs Bourgeois with its trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. A further five minutes on foot and you come to the Places des Vosges, and just 10 minutes away is Notre Dame and River Seine. In addition, the neighboring street is the Rue du Parc Royal, where you will find the green oasis with a children's play park.

We stayed at this lovely apartment in April of 2009. Everything about it was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable, great kitchen with plenty of supplies, The location was ideal and we loved the Marat district. The apartment was beautiful with many extras. We felt quite at home.
