This wonderful home is located close to everything yet far away from it all. The beach is a 5 minute drive. St.Aug is a 20 min. drive. Orlando is 2 hours away and Daytona is only one hour away. The famous Mayo Clinic is 15 mins away. The TPC is 5 mins away. There are plenty of shopping,attraction,golf,tennis,boating,restaurants etc.

Notes: In the livingroom there is a flat screen t.v with a Bose surround sound system with it. The master has a tv with cable and so does 2 bedrooms upstairs.High speed internet is also avail. There is so much to do besides golf, tennis,going to the beach. You can go horseback riding on the beach. Go to the Guana State Park,Art Galleries,Jag football games, and so much more. Daytona is only one hour away and Orlando is 2 hours away. St.Aug is 20 mins away. Membership to Sawgrass and the Ponte Vedra Club might also be avail for an extra fee. If you are interested ask for more info. Mickler Landing is the closes beach access. It's a 5 min drive from the house. The club is 10 mins and Jacksonville beach is 15 mins.

A dream come true

My husband and I were paying for our own wedding and wanted an elegant yet comfortable setting to have our ceremony and reception, yet weren't willing to go into debt to make that happen. I came accross this vacation home and thought it looked great, however, I didn't expect it to be as wonderful as it was. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, wedding reception there and spent the remaining week at the home for our honeymoon. It allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the events and still provided a beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere for our guests.
We had every amenity desired and then some! We spent every morning and evening taking in the amazing view of the intracoastal from the back porch, we fished off the dock, and even had easy access to some fabulous restaurants and spas within 30 minutes of the home. Our children actually joined us halfway through our stay and made use of the pool and game room and enjoyed every second they were there. The convenience made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! I would reccommend this home to anyone for any occasion...it was so enjoyable. My husband and I are hoping to celebrate our one year anniversary there. The owner was extremely flexible and wonderful to work with. We were so pleased and are looking forward to our next visit!

Wedding/Party Rental Perfection

My husband and I rented this house to use for our surprise wedding. In less that 2 months the owners of the home cleaned and repaired the yard/home so that it was party perfect. The owner was flexible in meeting us to work with caterers/florists to view the home. As our guest list unexpectedly grew, the owner was kind enough to accomodate a larger than expected number. When we arrived to set up for the party the home was clean and ready for our arrival despite a very short turnaround from the previous guests. The owners was easy to reach and work with by both email and phone. She also laid out her expectations and rules so that there was no question as to what was expected as a tenant of the home. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. In fact, the most biggest question all night was that the home was beautiful and did my husband buy it for me as a wedding present (what a great idea!)? The morning after the wedding a chef friend of ours used the kitchen to prepare a breakfast feast for our family as we opened gifts and chatted about the evening. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs and we wanted for nothing. I have let the owner know that if any one renting this property for a party would like to speak to me I would be more than happy to discuss the house/party and set up with them. It was a wonderful experience and we only wish that we could have purchased the house it was so perfect.

Fabulous home in a quiet setting

There were 6 of us that stayed in this home April of 09. The house is gorgeous, big yard, nice game room.Quiet location with miles of beaches near by. Close to the home you could find grocery stores shopping, car rental, golfing,restaurants etc.We spent most of our time sitting out by the pool watching the huge variety of boats passing by.The owner referred us to a driver that drove us to and from the airport at a reasonable price he filled us in on alot of entertainment in the area which was very helpful. The owner goes above and beyond for anything you may need.We would recommend this house to everyone.

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this gorgeous home on the Intercoastal waterway while recuperating from a kidney transplant at the Mayo Clinic. It was perfect. The pool and patio area, with koy pond, (which fronted the Intercoastal Canal), was covered, so provided a perfect place to sit and relax and watch the boats sail by, without the threat of any mosquitos. The house itself is huge, with a kitchen to die for for chefs. Ditto the BBQ area. Numerous bedrooms and areas for relaxation allow people to find spaces for privacy if needed. The grounds are also huge and gated to provide safely, while still being in the middle of everything in Ponte Vedra and a short drive to the beach. shopping, restaurants and the Mayo Clinic.

I would highly recommend this house for rental for vacations and other reasons. We would definitely stay there again........ Les and Andrea
