Superb condo, excellent location - perfect!!!!

We stayed in the condo for the first 3 weeks of July. This is the 3rd time we had privately rented a condo thru home away rentals. This was BY FAR the best condo we have ever rented. It was lovey - large, super clean, and literally had anything and everything that one could want/require for a self-contained vacation.
The linens (bath and beach towels + bedding) were of good quality - as well as very plentiful. There was tons of crockery/pots/pans in the kitchen. There was even a large umbrella for the beach!
The bedrooms were large as well as each ensuite - all very comfortable. The closet space to keep ones clothes in the rooms was HUGE as well - plenty of hangers provided as well.
The pool was directly outside of the balcony. Pool was of a good size, and kept very clean, and never very busy at all. Condo grounds were kept very clean - there were gardeners/groundskeepers constantly working on the property to keep it in pristine condition. The 24/7 security people were all very friendly/helpful as well (especially Lois - he was our favorite!!!)
Condo was 1 block away from Mega - the large supermarket where you can literally get everthing you need to complete your stay at this lovely condo. The beach as well as 5th Avenue are appx. 10 minute walk away. While you are very much close enough to all the action - it is not so close that you get any noise at all - the condo was always nice and quiet.
The owner, Innes, was very helpful - I emailed her quite a few times with numerous questions before deciding to take the condo - she would always email me back very promptly answering all of the questions extremly thoroughly.
The keyholder, Claudia, was soooo helpful and always 100% available. She met us at the condo on our night of arrival, showed us all around, and gave us a cell phone to use while we were there. We had reason to call her from time to time for various things and she always got back to us asap and helped answer any questions that we had. She also gave us some great advise of things to do and see while we were in Playa del Carmen.
We had an amazing time staying at this condo and would 100% recommend it to anyone else - in fact if we make our way back to Playa del Carmen there is no doubt in our minds that we would stay there again!
