You have arrived in the heart of Sun Valley! Surround yourself with world class skiing, golf, tennis, restaurants, ice skating, swimming,and shopping all in Sun Valley proper. This is a nicely updated Villager two bedroom one and a half bathroom corner unit townhouse that can be made up as a king-size bedroom and queen-size bedroom for two couples. Alternatively, for a family, the king-size bedroom can be set up as two twin beds. In addition, there is a sofa/sleeper in the living room that pulls out to a double bed. You may find enough entertainment in the condo with the free WiFi, expanded Hi Def cable on the new LCD TVs, watching movies on the Blue Ray DVD player, playing cribbage or board games (provided), or just reading a book listening to a CD by the gas start, real wood fireplace. ** No Pets ** No Smoking ** Thank you.

Shared Hot Tub: Guests can use all of Sun Valley's resort facilities including the hot tub located by the Olympic pool and more importantly the 100+ degree (winter temperature) Lodge circular pool. Shared Pool: Guests can use all of Sun Valley's resort facilities including the Olympic pool (open during the summer) and the Round Pool located at the lodge that is kept at 100+ degrees during the fall/winter months. WiFi (Wireless Internet): Free High speed cable modem provides WiFi internet access through out the unit. Password provided with rental. Kid Friendly: Children love this place! Little streams meander between the condo buildings (think floating little boats) as do the paths within the Villager complex that can occupy the imagination of bike riding children for hours.

Alternatively, you may chose to venture out and make use of the Sun Valley Resort recreation card which is included in your rental fee that allow you access to the resort's amenities just as if you were renting directly from Sun Valley Company. This includes the Olympic pool (summer only), hot tub (year round), Lodge and Inn pools (Lodge pool is open year round and is heated to over 100 degrees in the fall & winter), the gym, and the sauna. In addition, as a recreation card holder, you will receive a discount when booking golf and tennis at the resort. Located just steps away from parking and a short distance from the Mountain Rides (community transit) bus stop, you can quickly come and go with out trudging far through the elements with luggage, skis, groceries, etc. The Mountain Ride will take you to the ski lifts to and from Ketchum. Once you have mastered Mountain Rides, you really won't need a car.

The owners of this beautiful condo have gone to great lengths to make it as comfortable as possible. It has been remodeled with the finest of finishes and feels almost new. It's convenient to everything and has all the conveniences inside that you need to have a joyous stay in Sun Valley. The beds are extremely comfortable and for a 2 bedroom unit, there is plenty of room for entertaining in the living and dining areas. The powder room downstairs is a great feature and is beautifully done as well. The condo complex has a lovely paved path throughout that is lighted for an evening stroll and delights you with the babling Trail Creek as you walk. It is a delightful and comfortable home and the amenities card for Sun Valley is just the icing on the cake. It is seriously one of the best values in all of Sun Valley and Ketchum with Dollar mountain just a block away. What more could you want!

My family just had a very enjoyable stay in this unit. It snowed every day and we had a great time skiing. The condo worked well for us. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. My whole family used the wifi with their laptops and we watched movies on the flat screen TVs. My daughter and her friends played board games for hours. We probably burned half of the firewood as we had a fire going day and night. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. The unit’s proximity to parking was important as we were always coming and going with skis, luggage, and groceries. On our first day there, we picked up our photo ID cards and after that every afternoon we found ourselves soaking in the hot pool at the lodge. Bottom line, this a great place to stay for a fraction of what Sun Valley Company would charge for the same place.

My husband and two kids recently rented this lovely condo and were quite delighted with our stay. The condo is part of the Sun Valley resort, and is a short drive to skiing, the famous Sun Valley Lodge with its fabulous amenities and the vibrant town of Ketchum, Idaho, a gem of a mountain town with outstanding restaurants and cultural events.
The living room is cozy, nicely decorated and is centered around a fireplace. There is a wide screen TV/DVD player with a small movie selection. A dining room table with seating for 5 was used for fondue after skiing. The kitchen is well equipped and supplied anything one would need within reason for meal preparation...but with so many great restaurants nearby, who wants to cook every night?
The spacious king-sized master bedroom had a comfortable mattress and soft linens as well as a TV for those who enjoy watching TV before falling asleep. The other bedroom is a smaller room and was somewhat of a tight fit with a queen-sized bed but the mattress was very good and everyone was pleased with their comfort level.
As guests, we were given Sun Valley Lodge amenity passes and were able to use the fabulous outdoor 100 degree pool each night to star gaze and sip a glass of wine.Amazing.
The condos are located in a quiet wooded area with views of the surrounding mountains. It is a thoroughly charming condo in a place where America is still "the beautiful".
