The mahogany side deck is accessed from the kitchen or from steps off the driveway. The entire second floor is the master bedroom suite with a large full bathroom, and a deck overlooking town with views of the Monument, amazing sunsets and seasonal views of the Harbor. The cottage sits behind the house and has been completely renovated. It is a 400sf one bedroom, one bath apartment with an all new kitchen including granite counters, full sized stainless steel appliances.
