Spring is a fantastic time to be on the Cape. Contact us and inquire about our Spring specials! Enjoy this IMMACULATE 2-bedroom home situated on a PRIVATE wooded 1/2 acre lot. Great North Eastham location is off-the-beaten path yet easily accessible to both Bay and Ocean Beaches as well as all that this great town has to offer! Spacious SCREENED-IN SUNROOM with cathedral ceiling, dining and sitting areas; private deck; outdoor fire pit; fully equipped kitchen; LARGE OUTDOOR SHOWER are just a few highlights. Heater in house so fall and late fall weeks are very comfortable! Located on a private cul-de-sac, just 7/10 of a mile from sandy, family-friendly Cooks Brook Beach on the Bay Side and approximately 1.7 miles from Nauset Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 adult bikes available for renters' use. Act quickly while still available! This is a non-smoking, pet-free home.

This cottage is a stone's throw to the family-friendly BAY BEACHES as well as the NATIONAL SEASHORE Beaches; a perfect place for biking and for relaxing! You'll be close to excellent ice cream, restaurants, golf and mini golf, ponds and playgrounds, Eastham center, fish markets, grocery shopping and other shopping in surrounding towns such as Orleans. WELFLEET with its beautiful ocean beaches, TRURO with its beaches, dunes, and golf course, and PROVINCETOWN with excellent dining, shopping, and whale watching are all between 5 and 20 minutes away. Cyclists can pedal down the nearby Cape Cod RAIL TRAIL, a 30-mile bike path that meanders by ponds, woodlands, bogs, dunes and finishes in Wellfleet. There is plenty of opportunity for all sorts of water activities and we are 5 minutes from the Audobon Nature Preserve and Wildlife Sanctuary. Swim, hike, bike, fish, birdwatching, kayaking or visit one of the many Cape Lighthouses - this vacation home is CLOSE TO IT ALL!
