Set on a level lot to the water's edge, this is a truly executive family home. This home combines the option of two homes for a large family group with the convenience of being less than 5 minutes to the historical town, dining and entertainment of Canandaigua. During the gorgeous summer months, take advantage of all the amazing activities that are about on the lake. Bring your boat! This home has access to its own dock for fishing and sailing. You can also access the pristine waters for an invigorating dip in the Lake. Soak in the sun on the along the shore line or simply relax on the deck and take in the panoramic views of the Lake. A Truly amazing home! Set in the grounds is also a two bedroom guest house which sleeps 6 ideal for large groups

    9% Reservation fee

    $55 Damage Insurance plus a $200 refundable deposit (subject to final inspection) charged at booking or alternatively a $1500 security deposit on arrival is required

    Pillows, mattress covers, blankets & coverlets/bedspreads provided.
    Linens and Towels can be provided at additional cost of $20 person
    Pet fee $50 per pet ( if applicable)
    Water Craft:
    Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property

Our Family Holiday on Canandaigua Lake

My husband & I with 4 adult children & their families were all able to stay together on this "Little Piece of Heaven !" We rented both houses that are next door to each other for one week & we all wished it could have been longer. 5 total bedrooms was perfect for everyone. My son wants to come back next year ! Everything (except food, sheets, towels & personel items) was provided for us. The master suite did not have pillows or a coverlet, so I would suggest to bring your own. Doing this will help to make it feel more like your ~ "Home Away from Home !" Enjoy the lake :)
