Enjoy this beautiful timber-frame home built in 2004 on the quiet, dead-end, South Lake Road. The property is set in 2 acres backing onto South Hill. There are beautiful views of the Lake.The great room has beautiful timber framing, a stone fireplace and couches that are great for napping or enjoying the view of the Lake. There is a screened in porch off the great room to enjoy sunsets over the lake while eating dinner. On the main level is a master bedroom and bath (lake views of course), a den/bedroom, full hall bath & mud room. On the lower level there are two more bedrooms; one with 2 sets of bunk beds and the other with a double bed - both bedrooms have lake views).The lower level has a full bath, a family room area with TV, Ping Pong and Karaoke.You will have 150 feet of private lakefront to enjoy including a permanent dock and buoy for your boat. There are about 25 new steps down to the lake Also included are two kayaks and a small rowboat-ASK ABOUT OUR SPECIAL OFFER
