Start Packing your bags!! This charming one bedroom condo is sure to become your favorite vacation destination. Located on a quiet side street just steps from Commercial Street and the beach. Completely renovated with finishes that will make a lasting impression. The living room is appointed with a sofa sleeper, over sized chair,cable TV, DVD/iPod dock, and a gas fireplace. The maple floors add such warmth throughout. Dining area will seat 4 people for those nights you stay in. Bedroom offers a new queen bed with comfly linens. Bathroom features a custom tiled shower, tiled floors and all new fixtures. There is also a w/d in unit. Step out onto a patio appointed with a new gas grill and patio furniture. All of the appliances, fixtures and furnishings are brand new. Fabulous kitchen featuring Thomasville Cabinets, granite counter tops, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the essentials. Pets welcome.

Incredible location! Tucked away on a quiet East End side street between Commercial and Bradford. Public access beach is 1/2 block away from the house. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of town, close to galleries, restaurants and bars.

Cozy, Convenient and Quiet

Wow! What a great Condo. The place is spic and span clean with all of the amenities of home. Everything is located literally just a few steps out of the condo. I was at the beach in about a minute, the center of town was a 5 minute walk and a very well stocked Market was a quick walk up the street. Even though busy Commercial Street is just a few steps away, the condo is very private and very quiet. I was so pleased with my stay at this Condo. I parked my rental car right out front and rarely used it since everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, coffee shops, the Library, bike rentals, lots of diverse stores, you name it and you can walk to it, within minutes. I brought my laptop and got free WIFI from the coffee shop and the P-Town Library. The location of this Condo is just outstanding. I definitely plan on staying there again and I would highly recommend renting this Condo. Just a lovely, modern place to stay in such a great historic P-Town. Definitely a 5 star Condo!
