Located on the 12th floor, this condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large master with private ensuite with built-in closets and a jacuzzi tube. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private ensuite as well. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a mountain/ocean view to the NE. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms feature large flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite and stainless steel kitchen that overlooks an open concept living/dining room all with an incredible ocean view. Appliances include a full size fridge with ice and water, halogen cooktop, wall oven, full size washer/dryer, 47 inch flat screen TV, and a 3 phase ultraviolet water purification system.
Just steps away is the Peninsula Mall, attached to the complex featuring, Starbucks, Chili's, Subway, sushi, a 5-star Steak House-"Theirry's", and lots of boutique shops and services. A few blocks away is Seriana's Grocery Store, and the Galleria Mall, with top of the line stores and shops and the Liverpool Department Store, also a Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.

In the interest of full disclosure, our ideal renters are FAMILIES, 30+ COUPLES, AND GOLF/FISHING GROUPS. THIS IS A QUITE RETREAT, IN A QUIET UPSCALE RESORT, NOT A PARTY CONDO, WE HAVE A STRICT AGE LIMIT OF 30 YEARS OR OLDER, UNLESS IT IS A FAMILY RENTAL. The resident owners keep a strict eye on the development, and will report anything out of the ordinary to security, and our management team. The security at the Peninsula reserves the right to have renters removed from the premises regardless of the rental agreement in place. Our manager will required you to verify the numbers and ages of those in your rental group on arrival. Please make sure that this rental property suites your needs before you inquire. As we have two identical units, side by side on the 12th floor of tower III, we as owners, reserve the right to transfer a clients reservation to either condo unit upon check-in, this will allow us to better accomodate all renters according to their reservation dates and times of arrival.
