Located in desirable Windward Development. This house is tastefully decorated with all natural wood floors and carpeting in all the bedrooms. This home has a large kitchen, dining and living area, with all new appliances and furniture. The living area has a large screen TV with DVD player and stereo system. The linens and all towels are supplied. Other amenities; washer dryer, central air, central vac, gas grill, walk out patio and many more. New home, New to rental market! This house was fantastic for our large group! We were three couples and 3 children, which included to babies. The house is impeccable, bedrooms are huge, living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept which is great for a family looking to catch up!
The area (Woodward) is filled with beautiful homes and smack in the middle of Ogunquit. Location is fantastic, close enough to walk (10 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to main shopping area), but far enough to be very peaceful and quiet.
Only problem we had was the WiFi and the phones didn't work, but we managed by using our cellphones and connecting directly to the internet!
We will definitely be back!
