Come stay at our beautiful lake Conroe water front 1 story home. Our 3800sqft home provides ample space for large families. 4 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each of them. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 pop up beds. These 2 twin beds can be pulled out into the sun room for additional sleeping at night. There are 4 flat screen, hdtv's in the house on dish tv. One large tv in the main family room and a tv in each of the other 3 larger bedrooms. You will love taking a relaxing bubble bath in the spa tub in the master bath. Granite countertops in kitchen. Seating for dinner for 20; double ovens, serving island, calphalon cookware. All bathrooms have been completely renovated with granite counters and natural stone tiles. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill, fridge, sink. Rope lighting to set the mood! Green fishing lights under pier for night fishing! We do not rent to bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding or prom parties.

Lake Conroe is about an hour north of downtown Houston. It is a great place for fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming or any other water activities. It is close (about 45 minutes) to George Bush Intercontinental Airport and about 30 minutes from great shopping in the Woodlands area. In addition to great shopping, the Woodlands also offers great live entertainment and concerts. Closer to the lake, the city of Montgomery offers shopping in quaint shops lining old town Montgomery. The area provides many local restaurants as well as national chains.

Notes: The outside area features a huge deck with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with sink, grill and side burners, refrigerator and plenty of counter space. Rope lights line this deck at night for mood ambiance!! We also have a fire pit for somemores! We have our own pier for fishing and plenty of fish have been caught out our back door! The deck is furnished with patio furniture for your relaxation! The house is furnished in modern decor and is 'kid friendly'. Granite counters in the kitchen with double ovens and a large serving island. I rented this house with 11 other ladies for a girls weekend. It was fabulous! In the past we have rented on the beach in Galveston, and someone always got stuck in a top bunk. We loved having all the Queen beds. Also, there was so much room that we had several ladies who scrapped and others who read and others who enjoyed the deck - there was room for everyone to do whatever they wanted. We had a blast dancing on the deck at night and listening to the sound of the water during the day. We will be back when it is warmer and we can actually jump in the water!

We had a last minute family gathering at this beautiful lake house couple weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. This house is tastefully decorated and well kept. The kitchen is well equiped with all the spices you can think of. We enjoy grilling and dining on the deck by the water in the evening. Our 3 1/2 and 2 years old both had a wonderful time. It was a memoriable get away for us. The owner was very kind and made the last minute arrangement for us to rent the house. She even sent my son's Thomas DVD back to us after we have forgotten it in the DVD player. We will definitely be back again soon.

First time to stay at this property and will do it again! We had a family event and all were amazed at the decor, ambience and view. The layout accomodated all very comfortably. Although it rained all the time we were there, we enjoyed the "outside" from the warmth of the sunroom. We even managed to use the outdoor kitchen between showers.

The house is truly wonderful! The photos and exlpaination on the web site really don't do this home justice. A very open floor plan which worked extremely well for entertaining our large group. The bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds, quality linens and great tv's. The kitchen is large,open and well equipped. The deck is awesome with plenty of furniture, outdoor kitchen a huge plus, and the views are worderful. I have rented many homes for family vacations and getaways this home is top on my list for comfort and quality. Greg Liverett, Conroe,Tx

I have used this relaxing getaway several times and I cant wait to get back to it. The house is immaculate with more then enough room for everyone. The view of the lake from the large deck is amazing especially in the morning and evening.If you like to fish,i catch catfish off the dock all day long. This place is wonderful
