The Lighthouse sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico less then 1/2 mile down East Beach Blvd. (Hwy. 182).

If you enjoy lounging by the pool, prepare yourself as there are three! The first is a extremely kid-friendly zero entry pool which starts at about 2 inches in depth and gradually extends to five feet deep. The children will be thrilled to splash, play and run under the water jets. The second pool is suitable for everyone else and both are huge.
Can't you just feel yourself relaxing under the palm trees in one of the many chaise lounges surrounding both pools? Are hot tubs your favorite way to unwind? There is one located at each end of the pool along with chairs for chatting with friends. The remaining pool is a very large heated indoor pool. This pool,the fitness room and cedar sauna are on the first floor with a perfect beach view from the walls of windows.
The four high speed elevators are enclosed in individual rooms which buffer any noise to the nearby condos. Your room is conveniently located just feet away from one which accesses all of the 1st floor amenities!
Your condo has been tastefully and comfortably decorated. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress. It has a 19' flat panel TV w/DVD player and a ceiling fan. There is ample storage in the walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hangers. The master bath has a separate double vanity dressing area before you walk into the main bath area with the whirlpool tub, glassed-in shower and commode. The master bedroom and living room both have heavy drapes with blackout lining.
The guest bedroom also has a king pillow-top mattress and ample closet storage with shelving and hangers. It also has a 19' flat panel TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. The guest bath is a shower/tub combination and can be accessed through the guest bedroom and the hallway both. Both bathrooms have hairdryers for your convenience. The bunk room contains two twin beds and is cheerfully decorated.
The living room has a large flat panel TV with DVD player and a ceiling fan. The couch converts to a sleeper sofa and your have super soft linens here too. The kitchen is very well equipped with all of the major and small appliances you will need including a large coffee maker and heavy duty blender, it also has a huge separate pantry. We also have a high chair for the little ones. All of the rooms have new earthtone colored tile with the exception of the 2 main bedrooms which are carpeted.
The beautiful white sand and turquoise water is like no other. The view from your balcony is simply breath taking. It is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom and is a very spacious.You can watch the kids enjoy the pool, carry on a relaxing conversation and still hear the waves crash on the beach- the best of all worlds! The view is magnificent- enjoy the peaceful mornings watching for dolphins to jump or soak in the breezy evening sunsets.
We normally try to have only Saturday to Saturday rentals during the peak season, however, there are some partial weeks availible.
On a personal note- We have enjoyed the Gulf Shores area for several years now and it is our hands-down favorite. We picked the condo we own because we feel it represents the best of all worlds- a very child-friendly atmosphere but also well-appointed for our adult guests.

We live in Kentucky and have always really enjoyed our vacations in Gulf Shores. We decided to buy our first condo in late 2008 and due to a SEVERE ice storm in January 2009, escaped their for a few days. We ended up purchasing our other condo at an auction while we were there. I told my husband it was fate that we were there at that time and it was meant to happen ! So, this is our first year renting and we have been thrilled we the results so far. All of our clients have been great to work with and everyone comments on how they have enjoyed their stay with several mentioning they will be back again for certain. This is exactly what we had intended when we decided to begin our rental business. We want to develop loyal customers because they know what we will provide to them and how we value their business.
I ask each client if they have been to the area and if they haven't ( or it's been a few years), I try to provide them with info of the area and activities. Even though the beaches are beautiful,there is just so much to see and do in the entire gulf coast area.

You will travel south down Hwy. 59/Gulf Shores Parkway and turn left (west) on to East Beach Blvd.. You will travel just under 1/2 mile and turn right into The Lighthouse complex. You may park wherever you wish and the parking deck goes up to the 3rd floor where our condos are.
