The cottage is located on South Tibbetts Ave, Moody Beach, Wells, Maine. A short 350 yd. walk to much sought after, beautiful Moody Beach. This cottage has two units that feel like separate cottages. This unit has 1 bedroom downstairs along with a 3/4 bath. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms. There are two decks with this unit. One with a picnic table. Moody Beach is a family oriented community tucked on the ocean side of Route 1. You are close to Oqunquit and Wells shopping without the commercial aspects. So it is the best of both worlds. The beach is amazing. At low tide it provides lots of room to play those beach games, build sandcastles, take long walks all the way to Ogunquit or just hang out. The waves provide hours of entertainment for body surfers and boogie boarders. The salt water marsh behind the cottage is fun to explore in the 2 kayaks that we provide and are shared with the other unit. There is parking for 2 cars with this unit. Radiant Heat in the off season.

There are four deck chairs on the front deck and an outdoor picnic table on the other. A Brita water pitcher is available for filtering the water.
