This beautiful newly-renovated two-bedroom condo is located only a 10 minute walk from the Plaza and is central to all activities in town including the Rail Yard, Canyon Road, and a short drive to Hyde Park Road which leads to the Ski Basin.

The condo is situated inside a private compound with no drive through traffic. There are two off street parking spots available to you directly in front of the house.

Inside you can enjoy the traditional New Mexico charm of the diamond plaster walls and the kiva fireplace. The art collection that hangs throughout the house is a creative mixture of antiques and contemporary art by local artists. A large sectional sofa surrounds the kiva fire place in the living room to socialize or relax around. There is a writing desk off to the side to work on.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools needed to prepare a meal for friends and family. From the kitchen door you enter to the private yard surrounded by coyote fence and a large elm tree. The yard has patio furniture and a bbq gas grill for outside entertaining.

The master-bedroom has a custom made Cal-King bed with an extremely comfortable mattress system modeled after the Montage Hotel and is accompanied with luxury linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed with an antique vanity. The bathroom is new with an antique vanity and a deep soaking tub.

My girlfriend and I stayed with another couple on a quick visit from Albuquerque. the condo was great, very easy to get anywhere by the plaza. I would recommend staying here over any hotel in the area. nice side yard to have cocktails and coffee. Thank you!

CHARMING ADOBE NEAR THE PLAZA

We enjoyed a two night stay at this property on our way home from Colorado. It was a charming and comfortable home. Although we took advantage of the great restaurants in Santa Fe and did not cook, the kitchen was complete and sufficient for an extended stay. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom modern and nice. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the Plaza area and anyone who would like a quiet and private spot.

I AM SPOILED NOW!

I can't say how perfect this place is. From the fantastic location to the big comfy couch, the outdoor area, the awesome movie (Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and bedrooms, the walls are amazing. I know that sounds weird, but they are pretty cool walls, all curvy. The style of decor, the fireplace, new kitchen, the cool bathroom vanity, the amenities, the cleanliness...

It has given me and my family a much higher expectation for future vacations. Hotels are no longer an option! Thank you so much for this place. I have 2 young boys and they brought no toys. They just played in the rocks, dirt and the great couch (where did you get it?!) was their fort, bed and grand play scape! (my 2 boys are also why this review might not be the most eloquent... and why this review is so late!). a+ yay, so glad I found this place!

IDEAL DOWNTOWN SANTA FE LOCATION

This condo was quiet and close enough to downtown that we did not have to rent a car, which made for a very laid-back vacation. We rented bikes at Melo Velo, which is also walking distance. A five-minute walk brought us to Kaune's, locally owned grocery with everything, including good wine selection. We even walked to the downtown Sandia Shuttle location to catch the van back to ABQ airport. Owner Bobbi was friendly and helpful both times I called her with questions.
