This beautifully renovated property is located on a private compound in the prestigious South Capital neighborhood. Away from drive by traffic and surrounded by trees, enjoy the peace inside or to enjoy the sites just a 5 block walk to the picturesque Plaza. Tastefully decorated with designer furniture, this luxurious getaway offers comfort and relaxation with a full range of amenities. Gorgeous diamond plaster walls display work by modern artists. A cook’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances is linked to a private patio garden which seats six. Inside dining room table seats four. The master bedroom has a 42' flat screen TV with video library Cable and high speed Wi-Fi included. There is a kiva fireplace in the living room to enjoy on cold nights. The bathroom is all new with a deep bath for a spa like experience. We provide luxury sheets, duvets, and towels to add to your comfort.

Great location minutes from plaza, base of the foothills, close to lots of local trails as well as the ski basin. Had a good time ,house was very home like feel and was everything it was advertised ad. Will stay there again on my next trip. Thanks again.

Just returned from our visit to Santa Fe and staying in your lovely casita! We enjoyed every minute of our time there - even though it was cooler than we had expected. However, that gave us a nice reason to sit and relax around the fire. The condo was absolutely perfect for our trip - the location could not have been better. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Loved staying in your condo. We walked everywhere. My husband, adult daughter, and I spent 4 nights there. It was quiet, clean and nicely appointed and the location was perfect. We were glad of the wireless internet. Also the dining and attraction information you provided were extremely helpful. If we end up back in Santa Fe we'd definitely want to stay there again. We met one of your neighbors and agreed with her when she said it was a gem in the heart of Santa Fe.
