House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 8-12)

Our 3 bedroom, plus a loft and a semi-private room with a convertible inner-spring bed, Beach House is one of the most unique properties in the St. Croix River Valley.

It features beachfront accommodations with a view of the St. Croix River that is unrivaled anywhere else. The house has a large patio area overlooking the public beach at Lakeside Park in Bayport, MN. The beach located in front of the house is private.

The overall decor of the home is a not-so rustic cabin with all the modern day enhancements. The panoramic views, large entertaining areas, and the ability to seat over 18 people for dinner inside, make this a truly unique property.

Great house for large group!

I rented the house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house has an amazing open entertaining space with a open kitchen, dining, and living room for all of us to be together for eating and games. Plenty of areas to sleep and the house had it all! Kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, platters, pans, and anyhting else you would need. I would recommend this house for anyone who wants to enjoy the company and relax. The patio was perfect and we were able to sit outside on a beautiful day. Thank you!!

Bachelorette Party Weekend at The Beach House

We rented The Beach House for a bachelorette party weekend with 12 ladies, and we are so happy we did! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have asked for, and Brian and Jodi were very responsive and great to work with. The house looks just as it is represented in the photos, and it has great personality, beautiful view of the river and an awesome beach area. There was plenty of parking for our group, as well as adequate, comfortable sleeping space. The location is great - very close to a local Bayport bar called Woody's, and only two miles from all of the shops, restaurants and activities in downtown Stillwater. The house exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back again!
